Revere Auctions is now offering in-house shipping on select orders, making it easier than ever to receive your treasured auction purchases! Our team takes pride in ensuring that your items are carefully packed and delivered with the utmost care.
If your order qualifies for in-house shipping, you will receive an email from Shipping Saint within two business days after the auction informing you of eligibility. If you would like to request an order be shipped in-house, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate.
In-house packing and shipping follow these general guidelines:
- Unframed artwork, framed artwork, jewelry, coins, and decorative objects under 20” in any dimension.
- Prints and works on paper will be rolled for shipping whenever possible, and safe for the artwork.
If your order does not qualify for in-house shipping, you are welcome to use a third-party vendor of your choice, select a shipper from one of our lists, or collect your purchases yourself. Prior to the auction, you may wish to source shipping quotes for items you are interested in bidding on to understand the cost of delivery to your location.
If working with a third-party shipper, please complete the shipping release authorization. Please note that all items must be paid for before they can be released and all property must be picked up within 10 days of the auction.
All items will incur storage fees after 30 days.

As a convenience to the Buyer, Revere Auctions will make a referral for packing and shipping. This is at the request, expense, and risk of the Buyer, and Revere Auctions assumes no responsibility for the items or the timing of delivery. Insurance for in-transit items is the responsibility of the Buyer.

How do I arrange shipping for the items I won?
Revere Auctions now offers packing and shipping on select items under the following guidelines:
- Unframed artwork, framed artwork, jewelry, coins, and decorative objects under 20” in any dimension.
- The order total must be under $5,000 (with exceptions for jewelry and coins).
- Prints and works on paper will be rolled for shipping whenever possible.
After the auction if your order qualifies for in-house shipping, you will receive an email from Shipping Saint to inform you. You may also email us to request in-house shipping and we will let you know if we can accommodate. If not we will provide a recommendation for a third-party shipper you may contact for further assistance.
Ineligible orders include, but are not limited to, those that contain, furniture, oversized lots, decorative objects exceeding 20”, artwork exceeding 45”, and any lot that must be shipped by a third party.
We have several preferred shippers that we work with closely on a regular basis. Please contact them for shipping quotes and choose the vendor that works for your needs.
When reaching out to shippers, you may provide them with the following information so they can reply in an accurate and timely manner:
- Your name
- Delivery Address
- Lot Number(s)
- Sale Date
- Insurance Coverage
- Any additional packing and shipping needs

How do I request a shipping quote?
You may request a quote for packing and shipping by contacting info@revereauctions.com, or you may reach out directly to a shipping vendor for a quote. Please be patient as similar requests will be innundating our staff and shippers after an auction, which may affect how quickly a quote can be sent back to you.
I am local, can I pick up my order at your location?
Of course! We love visitors and all our auction inventory is present at our main office and ready to go pending payment. We are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please schedule your pickup online here. You may also call 612-440-6985 or email us at info@revereauctions.com to arrange a pick up appointment. If you let us know ahead of time, we can have your items ready upon your arrival, making the process as quick and seamless as possible!

I purchased furniture, how can I ship it?
If purchasing a piece of furniture you will need to connect with a third-party shipper to assist with packing and shipping. There are several options for furniture shipment. These vendors are listed on our website above for your convenience.
What happens if I do not pick up my item(s) within 10 days?
We do the best we can to accommodate our buyers, but we are limited on space. If you are unable to arrange shipment or pickup of your item(s) within 10 days, please be sure to notify us to discuss plans for collection in further detail. If we do not hear from you regarding arrangements, you will incur storage fees per our terms of sale.
