Thomas DeDecker “Nature’s Splendor” Oil on Panel

Thomas A. DeDecker (American, b. 1951). Oil on panel painting titled “Nature’s Splendor,” depicting a lily pond reflecting a bright blue sky. Signed along the lower right. Born in Appleton, Wisconsin, Thomas DeDecker is influenced by the American West and the Hudson River school of painting. He is a member of the “American Royal Western Artists.” He has won numerous awards including Artist of the Year and Outstanding Artist from the C.M. Russell Museum. He is also highly influenced by the Plains Native American tribes and relocated to Washington State due to his interest in their culture.
