Leo Kim (born Shanghai, 1946-2019). Gelatin silver print photograph titled “Lower Park Landing,” 2010. Leo Kim was a St. Paul-based photographer. He lived in Hong Kong, Macao, and Austria before immigrating to the US to study architecture and photography at North Dakota State University. This photograph is part of Kim’s extensive body of work depicting St. Paul, which culminated in a photobook “St. Paul Serenity,” which was published in 2010. The tower of First National Bank and the Robert Street Bridge are visible in the background.
