The central portrait is surrounded by gilded scrolling decoration and crown motifs. Signed “Wagner” along the lower right. With the Royal Vienna beehive mark in underglaze blue along the verso, along with an inscription about her reign and life. Additionally inscribed “Germany” and “07162.” Housed in a round giltwood frame with scrolling decoration. Unframed; height: 2 in x diameter: 9 3/4 in. Framed; height: 2 1/2 in x diameter: 16 3/4 in.
