General Idea. Silkscreen on paper titled “Eyeyeye” from the portfolio “Fear Management,” 1987. Pencil signed and dated along the lower right; numbered 31/50 along the lower left. General Idea is a collective of Canadian artists Felix Partz, Jorge Zontal, and AA Bronson, active between 1967 to 1994. They were pioneers of early conceptual and media-based art and the continue to be a prominent influence on subsequent generations of artists.
